No matter how I feel, I always find a reason to get up in the morning and start my day off right. It hasn’t always been easy for me because I do sometimes get depressed and have anxieties. It helps for me to stay as positive as possible and that is how I like to begin my day.
Get up with a positive mind by saying what you are grateful for: “I am grateful to be here” “I am grateful to be alive” “I am grateful that I am here to see another day”
Dress up with some motivational videos on YouTube or some upbeat music. There are some really great videos on YouTube that my husband and I love to listen to in the morning (Les Brown, Eric Thomas, Tony Robbins and Zig Ziglar to name a few). I give all the credit of this to my husband, because he started this habit of listening to these inspiring videos while we get ready for the day. This really motivates me for the day and makes me want to put on some boxing gloves and kick the days ass.

AND NEVER GIVE UP!!! No matter how much that depression or those anxieties try to take over, remember you are stronger then that. Never give up on yourself because your path to greatness and happiness it right around the corner.
