i have completed one month of shaun t’s t25 focus alpha workouts! woohoo!!!

this workout isn’t always easy, but i did it!!!

fwcif you are looking for a really good work out and you only have a little time left on your schedule, this may be the workout for you.

a little bit about the workout:

all of the videos feature shaun t and four others doing the workouts. there is always a modifier, tania, who does low impact moves in all of the workouts. follow tania if you are really out of shape and then as you get stronger, start a little at a time following shaun. (don’t worry, even if you have to modify, it is still a great workout and it will build up your endurance.)

(monday through friday i complete one 25 minute workout and a cool down stretch afterwards that lasts 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes.)

or you can follow the recommended workout:

monday through thursday – you complete one 25 minute workout and a cool down (stretch) afterwards that lasts 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes.
friday – you complete two workouts for a total of 50 minutes plus the cool down.
saturday – day off
sunday – you complete one 25 minute stretch video.

beta workouts:
upper focus
core cardio
speed 2.0
dynamic core
rip’t circuit (the hardest workout in beta)

before i start the beta workouts, i want to make sure i am ready, so doing one more month of alpha should prepare me for the next phase.

i have lost a few pounds from this workout and seeing the results makes me feel so proud of myself. you will sweat, do a million lunges and squats, but will feel brand new after each workout.

it works and it is effective, if you work really hard in those 25 minutes.
